About DÉCAAR Netherlands
DÉCAAR develops and sells natural cosmetics products for use in beauty salons and at home. DÉCAAR has a wide selection of products suitable for every skin and addressing different skin problems. Besides selling products, DÉCAAR also provides training to salons to ensure optimal results.
The goal
DÉCAAR already had a consumer and business webshop running on Woocommerce, however, they had outgrown this. DÉCAAR was looking for a webshop platform on which they could continue to grow in the coming years. A powerful environment had to be created on which a webshop for the consumer market and a webshop for the business market could be realised.
Furthermore, there were a number of wishes:
- An affiliate programme so salons save up credit
- A savings programme so customers can earn points
- A download and training centre for viewing achieved training and related documentation
- Integration with the Snelstart accounting package
- Integration with Nic Oud fulfilment for automatic order processing
- Store locator with all connected salons
The result
Together with DÉCAAR, we have a Magento 2 webshop containing 2 websites. In this webshop, we deployed our MCONNECT solution for order and customer synchronisation between Snelstart and Magento. In the business webshop, points can be saved for placing an order, salons can sign up for the affiliate programme and track the status of the order.
