Switching from Magento 1: The migration plan

From here, together we make a plan that not only defines the objectives, the timeframe and the budget, but in which we can also calculate business cases that give a definitive answer as to when the system will pay for itself, and what it can deliver on top of that.

The migration plan ensures that we not only get a new platform, but that we take the entire e-commerce platform up a level, focused on goals to be achieved.
